You can request an unlimited number of additional 'local' phone numbers that link directly to your One Universal Office.

This is through Genie's Multiple Points of Presence Program.  This feature allows you to establish a 'local' presence for advertisements and receiving calls, in spite of where ever you may be.

For nation-wide advertising in publications or targeted promotions, this is perfect, because it allows you to add an unlimited number of 'phone numbers' to your one service, while you may field all the calls with complete 100% mobility.

The cost is an additional $5 per month, per number.  Currently, The Universal Office services in 2,000 cities, 70 area codes, and as much as 80% of the United States with this service.  We are adding new area codes all the time!

The following is a comprehensive listing of the area codes that we serve.  (It is updated from time to time.  If you are looking for a local number in a particular region, it may or may not be included in the list.  Just be reminded that we are constantly updating our list, and adding new area codes.

Enter the Services Area by dialing your passcode.

For More Mailbox Services and to Program your Universal Office Features, press #8.

Enter the Business Center, press *

Then to Add a Local Number, press #2.
